Appointment text messages: what you'll get, how often, and how to stop them.
Draft
The program
Demo Salon sends appointment text messages through Nolatech Salon, run by [Operator legal name]. You get them only if you agreed when booking or joining a waitlist (the box "Text me appointment reminders" or "Text me when a time opens"). Agreeing is not a condition of booking or of buying anything.
What you'll get
Booking confirmations (with your link to change or cancel), notices when a booking moves or is cancelled, reminders a day and two hours before your visit, and, if you're on a waitlist, a text when a matching time opens. These are not marketing messages.
How many depends on your bookings: usually two to four texts per booking.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge for the texts.
Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from that salon; you'll get one message confirming it. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or contact the salon directly.
For support, contact the salon or [privacy@your-domain].
